Overview

Prophecy Sensorlytics’ MachineSenseTM system monitors and predicts the health of moving machine components and subassemblies in various industrial applications.

Prophecy’s proprietary analytics algorithm tracks and compares the collected data against a baseline and determines overall machine health. The status of bearings, rotors, gears, valves, and oil are constantly monitored. In addition to the visualization of valuable operating metrics, MachineSense will accurately predict and send text and email maintenance advice for pending machine and component failures, thus significantly reducing unscheduled equipment downtime.

The sensor easily attaches to the machine housing with a magnet and constantly measures vibration, temperature and magnetic field. The sensor is powered by a 24VDC/110-260VAC power supply. Sensor data is transmitted via Bluetooth to a data hub and through a local router to Prophecy’s cloud infrastructure.

The MachineSense monitoring solution includes Prophecy’s extensive CrystalballTM software, which enables the user to set up alarms and alarm recipients, and provides complete historic data with trend lines about equipment performance. At-a-glance dashboards show the current status of monitored assets by department or plant. Actionable maintenance advice is sent via text or email to alert users when a machines needs attention.
